Per the prequalification documents, contractors must submit prequalification packages at least 14 days prior to opening of bids with notification to approved contractors being made not less than 5 days in advance of the bid opening date. We are currently scheduled to review packages on April 25, May 2, and May 13. A list of prequalified contractors will be posted on our website and made available to Mayer Reprographics beginning April 30, 2013. Please be sure to attend one of the prebid conferences and site walks to ensure your eligibility should your prequalification packet be approved for this project.
