The LRE Review Form is used as part of the process of transferring a student to a Grossmont District regional program or alternative educational setting.  The form is completed after the behavioral consultation process with the appropriate Program Specialist has concluded.  The form is filled-out by the consulting Program Specialist and relevant members of the IEP Team and is submitted to the Special Education Assistant Director that serves the student’s program.
